Full Practising membership and licensure entitles a person to perform the authorized practices comprising the clinical practice of midwifery and to use the title “Registered Midwife” or “RM”.
Restricted membership and licensure entitles a person to perform the authorized practices comprising the clinical practice of midwifery under the supervision of a supervisor approved in writing by the council and subject to any conditions or restrictions to which her or his licence is subject pursuant to clause 20(2)(b) of the Act; and to use the title “Registered Midwife” or “RM”.
Student membership and licensure entitles a person to perform the authorized practices comprising the clinical practice of midwifery under the supervision of a supervisor approved in writing by the council and subject to any conditions or restrictions to which her or his licence is subject pursuant to clause 20(2)(b) of the Act.
